Why do I need to sign terms and conditions? 

 

In general, terms and conditions protect everyone involved: KREDD, the client(s), and creators.. We want to make sure that everyone is on the same page when it comes to what we’re hiring you for and how we’ll all go about the work. 

 

Why am I signing something for a whole year? 

 

We’re assuming you’re going to do great work and the client will want to re-hire you for future content. If that’s the case, we want to make sure our Terms and Conditions are up-to-date so that we don’t have to mess with paperwork each and every time you are hired. 

 

Does this contract include exclusivity with KREDD or any other client?
 

No. This contract doesn’t prohibit you from working with other agencies or clients. 

 

What if I want to end my relationship with KREDD or leave your database? 

Let us know via email or in writing that you want to terminate the contract. Keep in mind that if you have any open work with existing clients that has not been delivered, you will not be paid for that work according to our agreement.
