  • Should I post the content on my own social media?
There is no obligation to do that except if mentioned in the brief. You should ask for approval before posting anything to your own channels - for example, you might create for upcoming campaigns that haven’t launched yet, therefore the content should remain confidential until we give you the approval to do otherwise. If you do post on your own pages, you need to disclose that the content is an ad per FTC guidelines.
  • What is UGC?
User-Generated Content/UGC (or as we call it, Creator-Generated Content/CGC) is brand-related content produced by a person, as opposed to an agency or your own company. The purpose of this content is to show how real people interact with your brand or product.
